Our refund policy has been devised to define the situations under which LawyerSign.com will provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund and the responsibility of LawyerSign.com in circumstances resulting in such a claim. An “order” means where successful payment had been made. J B L IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“LawyerSign.com”,” we” or “us”) operates the LawyerSign.com website. By registering for any of our services you (“customer”, “client”) are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.

Coverage & Scope

Our refund policy covers the refunds by LawyerSign.com and/or a website owned and managed by J B L IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

PRODUCTS/SERVICES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS

    • LawyerSign Annual Renewal Fee;
    • Domain Name Registrations if any;
    • Domain Name Transfer fees (if applicable);
    • User Licence purchased.
    • SSL Addon purchased.
    • Hosting Upgradation.
    • Backup.
    • Addons for LawyerSign Website.
    • LawyerSign Website Model Upgradation Fees.

Payment for LawyerSign Website Service Model :This includes the customization of our LawyerSign Website Template to run it as a website service for you based on the text,images and other data supplied by you for the customization as well as free host for the first year and this is non refundable even if you terminate service or do not renew the service annually.
ALL REFUNDS WILL BE CALCULATED BY SUBTRACTING THE AMOUNTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND ABOVE FROM ANY FEES PAID BY YOU.

Eligibility for refund

No refunds: Since LawyerSign.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable products/services we do not issue refunds once an order has been made by client on LawyerSign.com website. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

But under certain conditions we do offer refunds subject to the conditions below: –

Full refund:

  • If the order execution(development) for LawyerSign Website has not been initiated by us within 30 days after the client has provided full information by completing the form we provided during their successful LawyerSign Website order and email us it back along with pictures to be displayed on their LawyerSign Website for the successful completion of the order that they have placed in LawyerSign.com. If the same order no includes addons, extra licences, backup, hosting upgrade, that too will be refunded.
  • If we cancelled the order within 15 days of order which customer has placed in the LawyerSign.com, cancellation not requested by the client. 

Partial Refund:

  • You may request cancellation of your LawyerSign Website Model order within 24 hrs. of placing the order. If you have purchased additional User Licences, Addons, Backups, Hosting Upgradation along with the order, i.e. with same Order No, that too may also be cancelled and refund may be initialed.All refund requests are solely on the discreition of the management of LawyerSign. There is a 12% cancellation charge on all order cancellations initiated by the customer that has been approved by the management. Order cancellation initiated by the customer after 24 hrs. of placing the order is not possible & there will be no refunds.

There is no provision for compensation/refund for the delay of delivery of services under any conditions, until and unless there is an agreement signed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.

Refund policy is not applicable if the required information for the successful completion of the LawyerSign website order is not provided to us within 21 days of the order. If there is delay or failure in completion of the order due to improper communication from client, it cannot be attributed to LawyerSign.com.

If the information provided by the client is incomplete and/or complete information for the development of LawyerSign website is not provided, LawyerSign.com is not liable to follow its delivery or refund commitments.

Extra Fee for Delay by Client

If the client has not furnished full information by completing the form we provided during their LawyerSign Website order and email us it back along with pictures to be displayed on their LawyerSign Website for the successful completion of the order that they have placed in LawyerSign.com within 21 days of the order, we may cancel the order without refunds or there will be an extra penalty fee of Rs 1000 to be paid by client for processing of the order if they wish to process the order again. In such case they have to furnish all the details for order completion within 7 days after paying the extra fee i.e. within 28 days of order date failing which the order will not be processed and no refunds will be entertained in any case.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

Service

You may terminate any of your LawyerSign Website Service’s or LawyerSign Website at any time by submitting an email to our billing department from an email address of record on your account with the specific rights and privileges to terminate your Services.

You must clearly state the following information:

  • the specific Service you intend to cancel;
  • your intention to cancel the Service immediately or at the end of your term; and
  • any other instructions required by our billing department.

In addition, your REQUEST MUST BE CONFIRMED BY OUR BILLING DEPARTMENT BEFORE YOUR SERVICES ARE ACTUALLY CANCELLED. We will review your request within 3-5 business days and send you an email to notify you that the cancellation has been processed or to request further information.

We require all cancellations to be submitted in accordance with this process in order to:

  • confirm your identity;
  • confirm in writing that you are prepared for all of your files and emails to be removed from our servers if applicable to the Service you are cancelling; and
  • document the cancellation request.

This process aims to reduce the likelihood of mistakes, fraudulent/malicious requests, and to ensure that you are aware that your files, emails, and account may be removed immediately and permanently after a cancellation request is processed.

You can cancel your LawyerSign Website Model order within 24 hrs. of successful payment of the order. If you have purchased additional User Licence, Addons, Backups, Hosting Upgradation along with the order, that too may be cancelled and refund will be initialed. DATE OF THE TRANSACTION

The date of the transaction is the date a product or service is purchased and have been paid fully, or the date is processed by LawyerSign.com in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service.

Processing of Refunds

The refunds will be processed and mailed within 50 business days of the date of cancellation.
